Preliminary designs by ARTAS Architects envisage a sculptural, elliptical landmark: restaurant, bar and lounge at ground level opening onto landscaped gardens; conference rooms above; and hotel rooms and apartments rising across seven levels, with an art wall and sculptural elements woven into the public spaces.
